That material is written to help an integrator plan, is necessarily a summary, and changes when the regimes change. It is not legal advice and it is not a substitute for your own licence conditions or your own counsel. Regulatory status
Network Northwest Limited holds no gambling licence and is not supervised by any of the regulators named on this site. It is a supplier to licensed operators. Naming a regulator or a register describes what the platform interacts with; it does not imply approval, endorsement or affiliation.

The text, the diagrams and the code of this site belong to Network Northwest Limited. Quote it with attribution; do not republish it wholesale. Names of regulators, registers and schemes belong to the bodies that operate them and are used here descriptively.
Availability of the site
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Availability commitments for the platform live in the agreement and on the availability page, and they concern the API rather than this website.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website, as distinct from the platform, which is governed by its own agreement.
