Per check. No platform fee.
You pay for the checks you run, at a rate that falls with volume. There is no seat licence, no onboarding fee and no annual minimum, because those are ways of charging for something other than the work.

What each check costs
| Check | Unit | From | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identity verification | per completed check | €1.15 | Document authenticity, liveness and face match. A check abandoned before capture is not billed. |
| Age and eligibility | per check | €0.22 | Where it resolves from reference data. If it falls back to a document, the identity rate applies instead and not in addition. |
| Self-exclusion lookup | per query | €0.09 | Register-backed markets. Checks against your own file in regulator-held markets are not charged. |
| Sanctions and PEP | per screen | €0.14 | Includes the adverse-media pass. Re-screens driven by list changes are billed as monitoring, not as new screens. |
| Source of funds | per case | €2.40 | Covers the evidence request, capture, extraction and the assembled file, however many documents the case ends up needing. |
| Ongoing monitoring | per active player, per month | €0.03 | Counted on players actually monitored in that month, not on the size of your database. |
From-rates are the entry band. Bands step down with monthly volume and are fixed for the contract term, so a good month does not reprice you upward.

The questions that decide a deal
What is not billed?
A check abandoned before any capture. A retried capture inside the same check. A re-screen caused by a list change on a player you already monitor. A query against your own exclusion file. A webhook retry or a journal fetch.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum spend and no minimum term beyond a month's notice. An operator entering a new market should be able to leave it cheaply, and a supplier that makes that expensive is betting against its own customer.
How does a new market change the price?
It does not add a line. Markets are configuration; you pay the same per-check rates whichever market the check names. The only thing that differs is which checks that market requires.
Who pays when a source is down?
Nobody. A check that could not obtain a signal is not a completed check and is not billed, which keeps the incentive on the right side of the incident.
