Markets
Five regimes that look similar and behave differently.
They all want an adult, identified, not excluded and affordable. They disagree about who holds the exclusion list, which documents count and what the file has to contain afterwards — and those disagreements are the integration.

What runs where
Filter to your licence. The partial marks are not gaps in the platform — they are markets where no central register is exposed to operators, and the note says so.

The exclusion question
Who holds the list
- 1
Three queryable registers
GAMSTOP, OASIS and the RGIAJ can be asked directly by a licensed operator, so the answer comes from the national source.
- 2
Two regulator-held lists
In Italy and Portugal the list is administered by the regulator rather than exposed for operator query. Your own exclusion file is the authority, and we keep it reconciled and recorded the same way.
- 3
The recording is identical
Whichever answered, the check records the source, the timestamp and the result — which is what makes both defensible years later.
