Security · Availability
A number is worthless without its definition.
Most availability claims do not say what counts as down. Ours does, because an operator planning a Saturday-night registration peak needs the definition more than the digit.

What the number means
- Scope
- The decision API
- Unavailable
- Error rate above 1% in a 5-minute window
- Excluded
- Your endpoint being down
- Source failure
- Routed around, or reported
Opening checks, retrieving state and receiving verdicts. Measured separately from the capture upload path.
Measured from our edge, with the windows published rather than summarised into a monthly figure after the fact.
A webhook that cannot be delivered is a retry and then a journal entry, not an outage of ours.
Where a fallback source exists the routing uses it. Where none exists, the check reports that the signal could not be obtained — it never silently passes.
