What the session is and is not
Do we have to talk to sales first?
No. The person who runs the session works on the platform. If your question is whether a particular German document series resolves, you will get the answer in the session rather than a follow-up email from someone else.
Can we skip the call and just get the sandbox?
Yes — ask for sandbox access instead and the key arrives by email with the test documents and the API reference. The session exists because most operators have a market-specific question that is faster answered live than in a thread.
What do you need from us beforehand?
Nothing but the form above. We do not ask for a call to qualify you before the call that answers your questions.
Will you send a scheduling link?
No. Suggest two windows and we will send an invitation. A link that makes you hunt through someone else's calendar is a small rudeness that adds up.
