Security pack

The documents your reviewers will ask for.

Procurement and security teams are entitled to read the terms before anyone books a meeting. This sends them the pack in one exchange: the data processing agreement, the sub-processor list, the architecture note, and the answers to the questionnaire they were about to send us.

Tell us who is reviewing and what they need

We send what you tick. If your questionnaire is a spreadsheet, attach it in a reply to the acknowledgement and we will fill yours in rather than sending you ours.

    • Data processing agreement, ready to sign, with the region left for you to set
    • Current sub-processor list, with the change-notification terms
    • Architecture and data-flow note, written for a reviewer rather than a buyer
    • An honest account of what we do not hold, including which certifications we do not have

We would rather lose an evaluation on a missing badge than win one on an implied claim.

What to send
Data region for the agreement

Sent by email. Nothing in the pack is behind a signature except the agreement itself.
