For operators already live.
If registrations are failing right now, say so in the first line and it is picked up ahead of everything else. If it is a question about a register's behaviour or a policy change, it goes to the person who maintains that market.

What is happening
Specific beats complete. One check reference that went wrong is worth more than a paragraph describing the category of problem.
- A check reference pins it to the exact decision, its sources and its policy version
- Incidents are read before anything else arriving the same day
- Policy and threshold changes are a request here, not a ticket queue elsewhere

How this works
What to expect
Is there a phone number for incidents?
No, and that is deliberate across this whole site. A written report with a check reference reaches the person who can open the evidence bundle; a call reaches whoever is nearest a handset and then has to be written down anyway.
Who answers?
Someone who works on the platform. For a market-specific question it is whoever maintains that market's configuration.
Can we get a status page?
Availability, its definition and what happens when a source fails are published and do not move. A live status page is on the list; until it exists, an incident that affects you is told to you rather than posted and hoped for.
